ROMEO AND HIS MOUSE
Last night me and my siblings were all sitting in the basement watching THE GREAT AND POWERFUL OZ, when Romeo walked by and had something in his mouth. So Jillian got closer to him to see what was in his mouth, and she discovered it was a mouse! He'd finally caught a mouse! So for about the whole night he played with it, and this is how it worked: Romeo would chase it around and stop the mouse. The Mouse would pretend to be dead. Romeo would nudge it and it would start running again so he'd chase it more. Then Juliet would come up to play with it and Romeo would growl pick HIS mouse up and take it to another area that was Juliet-free and play with it more. Anyway, I think he did this all night long. So, this morning I woke up and we all went down to finish our movie, and Romeo was still playing with the mouse, and the mouse was still alive! So we all watched for awhile and then it ran behind the gun safe were Romeo couldn't get it. So now we probably have a dead or dying mouse behind our gun safe.

Me and Justis were sitting in the school room this morning doing our math when Justis said, "Did you take my pencil?"
I replied, "Yes Justis. Yes I did," seeing that it was tucked behind his ear. :)
He said, "Really?! Where did you putt it!?"
I replied, "Justis, it is behind your ear!" After that, we both busted out laughing.
It was so funny! But to Justis's credit, its like this small compared to a regular pencil. (see picture)

So last night night I got back home after my stay in Kansas where there was beautiful weather compared to Illinois, except for a little wind close to the end of my stay. :-) Anyway, most the snow had melted when I got back home, so I was really happy about that because I'm getting really tired of winter. Anyway, I found this when I woke up this morning! More snow! Thank goodness its already melting! :-)

THE NOT SO FORTUNATE HAWK
You want to hear something funny?
Well, not too long ago both of our cats, Romeo and Juliet, were sitting next to the glass door. I was sitting in a chair reading my science book when, thunk!, something hit the glass door. Both of the cats were freaking out at this point. So I looked out the window to see what it was and all I saw were some feathers.
So at this point I figured that it was a big bird, because of the feathers and how loud the thunk was.
I was in my mom and dads room a little later that day, and I looked out the window and saw a hawk flying low to the ground. I thought about it for awhile, and I think the hawk tried to kill one of our cats, and while trying to get some kitty breakfast, it hit the glass window! :)
